Fund Description: Eagle Point Income Company Inc. is an externally managed, non-diversified closed-end management investment company that has registered as an investment company. <p> INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: Eagle Point Income Company Inc. seeks to generate high current income, with a secondary objective to generate capital appreciation. <p> FUND STRATEGY: The Company seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing primarily in junior debt tranches of collateralized loan obligations, or CLOs, that are collateralized by a portfolio consisting primarily of below investment grade U.S. senior secured loans with a large number of distinct underlying borrowers across various industry sectors. We focus on CLO debt tranches rated BB (or its equivalent) by Moody’s Investors Service, Inc., Standard & Poor’s, Fitch Ratings, Inc. and/or other applicable nationally recognized statistical rating organizations. They may also invest in other junior debt tranches of CLOs, senior debt tranches of CLOs and other related securities and instruments. In addition, we may invest up to 20% of its total assets (at the time of investment) in CLO equity securities (primarily via minority ownership positions) and related securities and instruments. We may also invest in other securities and instruments that Eagle Point Income Management LLC believes are consistent with our investment objectives. The CLO securities in which they primarily seek to invest are rated below investment grade or, in the case of CLO equity, are unrated and are considered speculative with respect to timely payment of interest and repayment of principal.
