Fund Description: Invesco S&P Emerging Markets Momentum ETF, formerly PowerShares S&P Emerging Market Momentum Portfolio, formerly PowerShares S&P Emerging Markets High Beta Portfolio ETF, is an exchange-traded index fund or Index ETF which is a separate portfolio of the Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II, formerly PowerShares Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II, an open-end investment management company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Invesco S&P Emerging Markets Momentum ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before fees and expenses, of the S&P Momentum Emerging Plus LargeMidCap Index, formerly S&P BMI Emerging Markets High Beta Index. INDEX DESCRIPTION: The S&P Momentum Emerging Plus LargeMidCap Index is composed of constituents of the S&P Emerging LargeMidCap Index (the Emerging LargeMidCap Index) that have the highest momentum score. In general, momentum is the tendency of an investment to exhibit persistence in its relative performance; a momentum style of investing emphasizes investing in securities that have had better recent performance compared to other securities. The momentum score for each security included in the Index is based on upward price movements of the security as compared to other eligible securities within the Emerging LargeMidCap Index. The Emerging LargeMidCap Index is composed of stocks that represent the top 85% of float-adjusted market capitalization companies in each emerging country represented in that index. The Index Provider ranks all the stocks in descending order by momentum score and selects the top 20% for inclusion in the Index. The Index includes stocks from the following countries: Brazil, China, Egypt, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, the Philippines, Poland, Russia, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Turkey. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Fund, using an indexing investment approach, attempts to replicate, before expenses, the performance of the Index. The Fund generally will invest in the stocks comprising the Index in proportion to their weightings in the Index. The Fund does not purchase all of the securities in the Index. Instead, the Fund utilizes a sampling methodology in seeking to achieve its investment objective. Sampling means that the Adviser uses quantitative analysis to select securities to obtain a representative sample of securities that resemble the Index in terms of key risk factors, performance attributes and other characteristics. These include industry weightings, market capitalization and other financial characteristics of securities. The Adviser bases the quantity of holdings on a number of factors, including asset size of the Fund. The Fund is expected to hold less than the total number of securities in its Index, but reserves the right to hold as many securities as it believes necessary to achieve the Fund's investment objective. FUND MANAGEMENT: Invesco Capital Management LLC serves as the investment adviser to the Fund.
