Fund Description: BNY Mellon Strategic Municipal Bond Fund, Inc., formerly Dreyfus Strategic Municipal Bond Fund, Inc., is a non-diversified closed-end management investment company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The BNY Mellon Strategic Municipal Bond Fund, Inc. seeksto maximize current income exempt from federal income tax, consistent with the preservation of capital. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund invests 100% of its assets in municipal bonds and at least 80% of its assets in municipal bonds having investment grade quality. It may invest the remainder of its assets in higher risk, higher yielding municipal bonds of lower quality. The weighted average maturity of the funds portfolio is expected to exceed 10 years. FUND MANAGEMENT: BNY Mellon Investment Adviser, Inc. will serve as the investment adviser to the Fund.
