WisdomTree International Real Estate Fund
Fund Description: WisdomTree ex-U.S. Real Estate Fund, formerly the WisdomTree International Real Estate Fund, is an exchange-traded index fund or Index ETF which is a separate investment portfolio of WisdomTree Trust, an open-end investment management company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The WisdomTree Global ex-US Real Estate Fund seeks investment results that correspond to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree Global ex-US Real Estate Index. INDEX DESCRIPTION: The WisdomTree Global ex-US Real Estate Index is a fundamentally weighted index that measures the performance of companies from developed and emerging markets outside of the United States that are classified as being part of the Global Real Estate sector. The Index is comprised of real estate companies with market capitalizations greater than $1 billion. Companies are weighted in the Index based on regular cash dividends paid. The Index includes the following types of companies: real estate operating companies; real estate development companies; and diversified real estate investment trusts or (REITs). The Index also includes companies that may be classified as Passive Foreign Investment Companies (PFICs). FUND STRATEGY: The Fund employs a passive management or indexing investment approach designed to track the performance of the Index. The Fund attempts to invest all, or substantially all, of its assets in the stocks that make up the Index. The Fund generally uses a Representative Sampling strategy to achieve its investment objective, meaning it generally will invest in a sample of the securities in the Index whose risk, return and other characteristics closely resemble the risk, return and other characteristics of the Index as a whole. Under normal circumstances, at least 95% of the Fund’s total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in the component securities of the Index. FUND MANAGEMENT: WisdomTree Asset Management, Inc. serves as the investment advisor to the Fund and has overall responsibility for the general management and administration of the Trust. Mellon Capital Management Corporation serves as sub-adviser to the Fund.
