Fund Description: WisdomTree U.S. Dividend Growth Fund is an exchange-traded index fund or Index ETF which is a separate investment portfolio of WisdomTree Trust, an open-end investment management company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The WisdomTree U.S. Dividend Growth Fund seeks investment results that closely correspond to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree U.S. Dividend Growth Index. INDEX DESCRIPTION: The WisdomTree U.S. Dividend Growth Index is a fundamentally weighted index that consists of dividend-paying stocks with growth characteristics. The primary starting screening universe for this index is the constituents of the WisdomTree Dividend Index with market capitalization of at least $2 billion. The Index is comprised of the 300 companies in the WisdomTree Dividend Index with the best combined rank of growth and quality factors. The growth factor ranking is based on long-term earnings growth expectations, while the quality factor ranking is based on three year historical averages for return on equity and return on assets. The Index is dividend weighted annually to reflect the proportionate share of the aggregate cash dividends each component company is projected to pay in the coming year, based on the most recently declared dividend per share. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund employs a passive management or indexing investment approach designed to track the performance of the Index. The Fund attempts to invest substantially all of its assets in the common stocks that make up the Index. The Fund generally uses a Representative Sampling strategy to achieve its investment objective, meaning it generally will invest in a sample of securities in the Index whose risk, return and other characteristics closely resemble the risk, return and other characteristics of the Index as a whole. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the Fund’s total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in component securities of the Index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. FUND MANAGEMENT: WisdomTree Asset Management, Inc. serves as the investment advisor to the Fund. Mellon Capital Management Corporation serves as sub-adviser to the Fund.
