Fund Description: Invesco Zacks Mid-Cap ETF, formerly PowerShares Zacks Mid-Cap Core Portfolio , formerly Guggenheim Mid-Cap Core ETF, formerly the Claymore/Zacks Mid-Cap Core ETF, is an exchange-traded index fund or Index ETF that is a separate investment portfolio of the Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust, formerly PowerShares Exchange-Traded Fund Trust, formerly Claymore Exchange-Traded Fund Trust, an open-end investment management company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Invesco Zacks Mid-Cap ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the Fund’s fees and expenses, of the Zacks Mid-Cap Core Index. INDEX DESCRIPTION: The Zacks Mid-Cap Core Index is comprised of 100 securities selected, based on investment and other criteria, from a universe of mid-capitalization securities including master limited partnerships (MLPs) and American depositary receipts (ADRs). The depositary receipts included in the Index may be sponsored or unsponsored. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund, using a low cost passive or indexing investment approach to replicate the Index. The Fund will at all times invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stock and American depositary receipts that comprise the Index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the component securities that comprise the Index. The Fund generally will invest in all of the securities comprising the Index in proportion to their weightings in the Index. However, under various circumstances, it may not be possible or practicable to purchase all of the securities in the Index in those weightings. In those circumstances, the Fund may purchase a sample of the securities in the Index in proportions to replicate generally the performance of the Index as a whole. In addition, from time to time securities are added to or removed from the Index. The Fund may sell securities that are represented in the Index or purchase securities that are not yet represented in the Index in anticipation of their removal from or addition to the Index. FUND MANAGEMENT: Invesco Capital Management LLC serves as the investment adviser to the Fund.
