Fund Description: MFS Investment Grade Municipal Trust, formerly the Colonial Investment Grade Municipal Trust, is an exchange-traded closed-end fund or a closed-end ETF which is officially described as a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Trust's investment goal is to seek as high a level of after-tax total return as is consistent with prudent risk. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund seeks to meet its investment objective by pursuing current income generally exempt from ordinary federal income tax and opportunities for long-term appreciation from a portfolio primarily invested in investment grade municipal bonds. FUND MANAGEMENT: Massachusetts Financial Services Company (“MFS”) is the investment advisor of the Fund and also provides administrative and other services to the Fund.
