Fund Description: Invesco Zacks Multi-Asset Income ETF, formerly PowerShares Zacks Multi-Asset Income Portfolio, formerly Guggenheim Multi-Asset Income ETF, formerly the Claymore/Zacks Multi-Asset Income Index ETF, formerly the Claymore/Zacks Yield Hog ETF, is an exchange-traded index fund or Index ETF that is a separate investment portfolio of the Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust, formerly PowerShares Exchange-Traded Fund Trust, formerly Claymore Exchange-Traded Fund Trust, an open-end investment management company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Invesco Zacks Multi-Asset Income ETF seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the performance of the Zacks Multi-Asset Income Index. INDEX DESCRIPTION: The Zacks Multi-Asset Income Index is comprised of approximately 125 to 150 securities selected, based on investment and other criteria, from a universe of domestic and international companies. The securities comprising the Index include stocks of small and medium-sized companies. The universe of securities within the Index includes U.S. listed common stocks and American depositary receipts paying dividends, real estate investment trusts, master limited partnerships, closed-end funds, Canadian royalty trusts and traditional preferred stocks. The depositary receipts included in the Index may be sponsored or unsponsored. The companies in the universe are selected using a proprietary methodology developed by Zacks Investment Research, Inc. the Index Provider. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund, using a low cost passive or indexing investment approach, seeks to replicate the performance of the Index. The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Index and depositary receipts representing securities that comprise the Index (or underlying securities representing ADRs that comprise the Index). The Fund uses a sampling approach in seeking to achieve its objective. Sampling means that a quantitative analysis is used to select securities from the Index universe to obtain a representative sample of securities that resemble the Index in terms of key risk factors, performance attributes and other characteristics. These include industry weightings, market capitalization and other financial characteristics of securities. The quantity of holdings in the Fund will be based on a number of factors, including asset size of the Fund. However, the Fund may use replication to achieve its objective if practicable. There may also be instances in which the Investment Adviser may choose to overweight another security in the Index or purchase (or sell) securities not in the Index which the Investment Adviser believes are appropriate to substitute for one or more Index components, in seeking to accurately track the Index. In addition, from time to time securities are added to or removed from the Index. The Fund may sell securities that are represented in the Index or purchase securities that are not yet represented in the Index in anticipation of their removal from or addition to the Index. FUND MANAGEMENT: Invesco Capital Management LLC serves as the investment adviser to the Fund.
