Fund Description: Invesco China Technology ETF, formerly PowerShares China Technology Portfolio, formerly Guggenheim China Technology ETF, formerly the Claymore China Technology ETF, is an exchange-traded index fund or Index ETF which is a separate investment portfolio of the Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II, formerly PowerShares Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II, formerly Claymore Exchange-Traded Fund Trust 2, an open-end investment management company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: Invesco China Technology ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the Fund's fees and expenses, of the AlphaShares China Technology Index. INDEX DESCRIPTION: The AlphaShares China Technology Index is designed to measure and monitor the performance of the universe of publicly-traded companies which are based in mainland China, Hong Kong or Macau in the Information Technology Sector and are open to foreign investment. The Index will include equity securities of companies of all categories of market capitalizations. The Index may include Hong Kong listed securities, including China H-shares and Red Chips. China H-shares are issued by companies incorporated in mainland China and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Red Chip shares are issued by companies with controlling Chinese shareholders that are incorporated outside mainland China and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The Index may also include N-Shares, which are issued by companies based in mainland China and listed on the NYSE Arca or NASDAQ. The Index will not include China A-Shares (which are subject to substantial restrictions on foreign investment) or China B-Shares (which offer a generally smaller market and limited liquidity), each of which trade on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund, using a low-cost passive or indexing investment approach, seeks to replicate the performance of the Index. The Fund will at all times invest at least 80% of its total assets in common stock, American depositary receipts, American depositary shares, global depositary receipts and international depositary receipts that comprise the Index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the component securities that comprise the Index. The Fund generally will invest in all of the securities comprising the Index in proportion to their weightings in the Index. However, under various circumstances, it may not be possible or practicable to purchase all of the securities in the Index in those weightings. In those circumstances, the Fund may purchase a sample of the securities in the Index to replicate generally the performance of the Index as a whole. FUND MANAGEMENT: Invesco Capital Management LLC serves as the investment adviser to the Fund.
