Business: Canterbury Park Holding Corporation owns and operates Canterbury Park Racetrack and Card Casino in Shakopee, Minnesota, the only thoroughbred and quarter horse racing facility in the State. Notes: June 30, 2016 -- Canterbury Park Holding Corporation, completed its previously announced reorganization of the Company’s business into a holding company structure pursuant to an Agreement and Plan of Merger dated as of March 1, 2016. In connection with the completion of the Reorganization, on June 29, 2016, the Company notified the NASDAQ Stock Market that each issued and outstanding share of Company Stock would be converted into one share of NewHoldingCo Common Stock and the Company requested that NASDAQ suspend trading of the Company Common Stock on June 30, 2016, and commence trading of NewHoldingCo Common Stock, as of the open of business on Friday, July 1, 2016.
