Fund Description: Amplify Seymour Cannabis ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund or Actively Managed ETF which is a separate investment portfolio of the Amplify ETF Trust, an open-end investment management company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Amplify Seymour Cannabis ETF seeks to provide investors capital appreciation. The Fund is an actively managed ETF and thus does not seek to replicate the performance of a specific index. Rather, the Adviser has discretion on a daily basis to actively manage the Fund’s portfolio in accordance with the Fund’s investment objective. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund seeks to provide investment exposure to global companies principally engaged in the emerging cannabis and hemp ecosystem across one of three classifications, which includes: Cannabis/Hemp Plant (Pharmaceuticals/Biotechnology, Cultivation & Retail, Hemp Products and Cannabis-Infused Products); Support (Agricultural Technology, Real Estate and Commercial Services); and Ancillary (Consumption Devices/Mechanisms, Investing & Finance, Technology & Media and Other Ancillary). The Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in the securities of companies that derive 50% or more of their revenue from the cannabis and hemp ecosystem. The Fund’s Advisor expects, under normal market circumstances, that the Fund’s portfolio will consist of 35 to 45 companies. These securities may be issued by small, medium and large capitalization companies operating in both emerging and developed market countries. The Fund may purchase equity securities that trade on U.S. or non-U.S. securities exchanges and in the securities of non-U.S. companies that utilize American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) or Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) to list on certain exchanges. The Fund is classified as non-diversified. FUND MANAGEMENT: Amplify Investments LLC. serves as the investment adviser of the Fund. Penserra Capital Management LLC. serves as the sub-adviser of the Fund.
