Pursuant to the terms of the Merger, each share of CB Common Stock outstanding immediately prior to the consummation of the Merger
will be converted into the right to receive 0.6019 of a share of Chubb Limited (New) (CB) Common Stock, plus $62.93 cash. The Merger became effective today, Thursday, January 14, 2016.
