The combined company will operate under Aralez Pharmaceuticals Inc. Under the terms of the Agreement and Plan of Merger and Arrangement, each share of POZEN common stock has been converted into the right to receive one Aralez common share and each common share of Tribute (other than dissenting shares) has been exchanged for 0.1455 Aralez common shares. POZEN Inc. will change its name, trading symbol and CUSIP to Aralez Pharmaceuticals Inc. (ARLZ), CUSIP 03852X100. As a result, option symbol POZN will also change to ARLZ effective at the opening of business on February 8, 2016. (New US location to be in New Jersey)
