Fund Description: The adviser seeks to achieve the fund"s investment objective by investing in investment grade bonds primarily by purchasing exchange traded funds and applying derivative overlays intended to hedge risk or generate income. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in U.S. investment grade bonds primarily by purchasing exchange traded funds ("ETFs").
