Fund Description: ALPS Clean Energy ETF is an exchange-traded index fund or Index ETF which is a separate investment portfolio of ALPS ETF Trust, an open-end investment management company. <p> INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The ALPS Clean Energy ETF seeks investment results that correspond, before fees and expenses, generally to the price and yield performance of the CIBC Atlas Clean Energy Index. <p> INDEX DESCRIPTION: CIBC Atlas Clean Energy Index is designed to provide exposure to a diverse set of U.S. and Canadian companies involved in the clean energy sector including renewables and clean technology. The Underlying Index is reconstituted and rebalanced quarterly. <p> FUND STRATEGY: The Fund employs a passive management or indexing investment approach designed to track the performance of the Index. The Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in securities that comprise the Index. <p> FUND MANAGEMENT: ALPS Advisors, Inc. serves as the investment adviser to the Fund.
