March 14, 2012 -- The 6.70% Corporate Backed Trust Certificates, AIG Debenture-Backed Series 2002-10, Class A-1 of LEHMAN ABS CORPORATION shall be dealt in as called issues (XFD CL). This issue will be called for redemption on March 19, 2013 at $25.00 plus accrued interest per share.

QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Lehman ABS Corp., 6.70% Corporate Backed Trust Certificates, AIG Debenture-Backed Series 2002-10, Class A-1, price to the public $25 per certificate. Underlying securities are the 5.60% Debentures due 7/31/2097 issued by SunAmerica, predecessor to American International Group Inc. (NYSE: AIG). The certificates pay 6.70% ($1.675) per annum distributions semiannually on 1/31 & 7/31 to holders of record on the day immediately preceding the payment date. Certificates are callable at the option of the call warrant holder on or after 6/06/2007 at $25 per certificate plus accrued and unpaid interest.
