Notes: October 1, 2021-- Cimarex Energy Co. (“Cimarex”) completed its previously announced merger involving Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation (“Cabot”), pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of May 23, 2021, as amended on June 29, 2021 (the “Merger Agreement”), among Cabot, Double C Merger Sub, Inc., a Delaware corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of Cabot (“Merger Sub”), and Cimarex. Upon the terms and subject to the conditions of the Merger Agreement, on October 1, 2021, at the effective time of the Merger (the “Effective Time”), Merger Sub merged with and into Cimarex (the “Merger”), with Cimarex continuing as the surviving corporation in the Merger as a subsidiary of Cabot.
