QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Salomon Smith Barney, TARGETS Trust VI, TARgeted Growth Enhanced Terms Securities (TARGETS) due 6/30/2003, issued at $10 per TARGETS, with the maturity payment based on market price of Oracle Corp. (Nasdaq: ORCL) common stock. The TARGETS will pay cash distributions of $0.225 quarterly (9%) on 3/31, 6/30, 9/30 & 12/31 to holders of record one business day prior to the payment date. At maturity the holder will receive the maturity payment which will consist of the $10 principal amount and the stock return payment based on the market price of Oracle common stock (starting value $62.625) which may be positive, zero or negative. The stock return payment has an appreciation cap of 20% for each quarterly period and is subject to monthly automatic resets on each quarterly distribution date.
