Jan 23, 2004 -- iStar Financial Inc. announced today that it will redeem all 2,000,000 outstanding shares of its 9.375% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock and all 1,300,000 outstanding shares of its 9.20% Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock. iStar Financial will redeem both the Series B Preferred Stock and the Series C Preferred Stock on February 23, 2004. The redemption price for the Series B Preferred Stock will be $25.00 per share, plus accrued and unpaid dividends to the redemption date of $0.46 per share. The redemption price for the Series C Preferred Stock will be $25.00 per share, plus accrued and unpaid dividends to the redemption date of $0.45 per share.

(formerly TriNet Corporate Realty Trust), 9.20% Series C Cumulative Preferred Stock, liquidation preference $25 per share, redeemable at the issuer's option on or after 8/15/2001 at $25 per share plus accrued and unpaid dividends, with no stated maturity, and with distributions of 9.20% ($2.30) per annum paid quarterly on 3/15, 6/15, 9/15 & 12/15 to holders of record on the first day of the month in which the payment is due or on the date fixed by the board, not more than 30 days or less than 10 days prior to the payment date.
