(NYSE: TWX), redeemable on or after 5/15/2009 under the call warrants at $25 plus accrued and unpaid interest, distributions of 6.00% ($1.50) per annum are paid semi-annually on 5/15 & 11/15 to holders of record on the business day immediately prior to the payment date.
