QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  UBS AG, Equity-Linked Notes linked to value of the S&P 500 Index due 11/05/2007, issued at $1000 principal amount per Note. The holder will receive no payments prior to maturity. At the maturity date of 11/05/2007 the holder will receive a cash payment of $1000 times the AVERAGE monthly index levels of the S&P 500 Index (starting value 890.71) over the 60 month period, times a participation rate of 105%.
