QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  UBS AG, Principal Protected Notes due 7/08/2010, linked to value of the S&P 500 Index and issued at $1000 principal amount per Note. The holder will receive no payments prior to maturity. At the maturity date of 7/08/2010 the holder will receive a minimum cash payment of the greater of $1,100 or $1000 plus an supplemental payment based on the sum of the quarterly returns (capped at 5.75% per quarter) in the S&P 500 Index (starting value 974.50 as of 6/30/2003) over the term of the notes.
