QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  UBS AG, Principal Protected Notes linked to value of the S&P 500 Index due 9/8/2010, issued at $1000 principal amount per Note. The holder will receive no payments prior to maturity. At the maturity date of 9/8/2010 the holder will receive a minimum cash payment of the $1000 principal amount plus an additional payment (which can not be less than zero) based on the AVERAGE of the month end difference in the S&P 500 Index (starting value 837.10 as of 2/20/2003) over the 90-month period.
