QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  UBS AG, Principal Protected Notes linked to value of a basket of U.S. Equity Indices, due 10/07/2011, issued at $1000 principal amount per Note. The holder will receive no payments prior to maturity. The basket of Indices includes the S&P 500 Index (40% weighting), the Dow Jones Industrial Average (40%) and the Nasdaq-100 Index (20%). At the maturity date of 10/07/2011 the holder will receive a minimum cash payment of the greater of $1,000 or $1000 plus an supplemental payment based on the AVERAGE of the month end weighted difference in the basket of indices over the 105-month period times a participation rate of 104%.
