QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  UBS AG, Principal Protected Notes linked to value of the Nasdaq-100 Index due 5/04/2005, issued at $1000 principal amount per Note. The holder will receive no payments prior to maturity. At the maturity date of 5/04/2005 the holder will receive a minimum cash payment of the greater of $1,061 (106.12% of the principal amount) or $1000 plus an supplemental payment of an additional 80% of the principal amount less the sum of all negative monthly returns in the Nasdaq-100 Index over the 36-month period (initial value to be set on 4/30/2002).
