As of 9/27/2007 MKE is no longer trading so we have now coded the issue as a full call . ____________ A QOL user has informed us that MKE was called from his account on 8/27/2007. We can find no information to confirm a call. The issue appears to still be trading after the 8/27/07 call date so we have noted the call as a partial call until we get further information.

QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  MS Structured Asset Corp., Structured Asset Trust Unit Repackagings (SATURNS), Verizon Global Funding Debenture Backed, Series 2002-9, 7.50% Class A Callable Units, issued in $25 denominations. Underlying securities are the 7.75% Debentures due 12/01/2030 issued by Verizon Global Funding Corp., a subsidiary of Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE: VZ). Distributions of 7.50% ($1.875) per annum are paid semi-annually on 6/1 & 12/1 to holders of record on 5/15 & 11/15 respectively. On or after 7/30/2007 the units may be redeemed under the call rights of the swap agreement for $25 plus accrued and unpaid interest. If redeemed prior to 7/30/2007 the holders may receive an additional amount of up to $2.50 per unit (which includes any make-whole payment). To be issued the units must be assigned a rating of at least A+ by S&P and A1 on watch for possible downgrade by Moody's. Units are expected to trade flat, which means accrued interest will be reflected in the trading price and the purchasers will not pay and the sellers will not receive any accrued and unpaid interest. On 11/8/02 MSDW Structured Asset Corp. changed their name to MS Structured Asset Corp.
