QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc., Index Leading Stock Market Return Securities (Index LASERS) based on the Dow Jones EURO STOXX 50 Index and due 3/30/2009. The Index LASERS pay no payments prior to maturity and are not redeemable prior to maturity. At the maturity date of 3/30/2009 the Index LASERS will make a maturity payment based on the value of the Dow Jones EURO STOXX 50 Index (starting value 3060.67 as of 3/24/2005) at the third business day prior to the maturity date, which may be greater than, equal to or less than the initial $10.00 investment. If the ending value of the DJIA is greater than its starting value, the maturity payment will be equal to $10 times 150% of the index's percentage appreciation. If the ending value of the DJIA is less than its starting value and the index at any time during the term of the notes is less than or equal to 2295.50 (75% of the starting value), the maturity payment will be less than the original $10 investment and equal to $10 times the index return. In all other cases, the maturity payment will be $10.
