Notes: March 13, 2020 -- UBS Investment Bank today announced that all outstanding notes of the Monthly Reset 2xLeveraged ISE Exclusively Homebuilders ETN due March 13, 2045 (Ticker: HOML) (the “Securities“) will be mandatorily redeemed in accordance with the terms of the Securities as a result of the occurrence of an Acceleration Upon Minimum Indicative Value on March 12, 2020 (the "Acceleration Date"), triggered as a result of the intraday indicative value of the Securities on the Acceleration Date decreasing by more than 60% in value from the closing indicative value of the Securities on the previous Monthly Valuation Date.
