FUND DESCRIPTION:  Goldman Sachs Access Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF is an exchange-traded index fund or Index ETF which is a separate investment portfolio of the Goldman Sachs ETF Trust, an open-end investment management company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Goldman Sachs Access Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF seeks to provide investment returns that closely correspond to the price and yield performance of the FTSE Goldman Sachs Investment Grade Corporate Bond Index. INDEX DESCRIPTION: The FTSE Goldman Sachs Investment Grade Corporate Bond Index is a rules-based index that is designed to measure the performance of investment grade, corporate bonds denominated in U.S. dollars (USD) that meet certain liquidity and fundamental screening criteria. The Index Provider constructs the Index in accordance with a rules-based methodology that involves two steps. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) in securities included in its index. A Representative Sampling is an indexing strategy that is used in which the Fund invests in a representative sample of constituent securities that has a collective investment profile similar to that of the Index. The securities selected for investment by the Fund are expected to have, in the aggregate, investment characteristics, fundamental characteristics and liquidity measures similar to those of the Index. The Fund may or may not hold all of the securities in the Index. FUND MANAGEMENT: Goldman Sachs Asset Management, L.P. (GSAM) serves as the investment adviser for the Fund.
