FUND DESCRIPTION: Aberdeen Greater China Fund, Inc., formerly The Greater China Fund, Inc., is an exchange-traded closed-end fund (CEF) or a closed-end ETF that is officially described as a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Aberdeen Greater China Fund, Inc. seeks long-term capital appreciation. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund will invest in listed equity securities of China companies that (i) are organized under the laws of, and have their principal place of business in, China and/or Hong Kong and/or Taiwan; or (ii) during their most recent fiscal year derived at least 50% of their revenues or profits from goods produced or sold, investments made or services performed in China and/or Hong Kong and/or Taiwan or have at least 50% of their assets in China and/or Hong Kong and/or Taiwan. FUND MANAGEMENT: Aberdeen Asset Management serves as the investment manager to the Fund.

(GCH) and The Asia Tigers Fund, Inc. (GRR) into the Aberdeen Chile Fund, Inc. (CH) after close of regular business on April 27, 2018. Effective today, the consolidated fund has been renamed and will trade on the NYSE American Exchange under the ticker symbol AEF.
