FUND DESCRIPTION: RiverNorth Patriot ETF is an is an actively managed exchange-traded fund or Actively Managed ETF which is a separate investment portfolio of the Listed Funds Trust, an open-end investment management company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The RiverNorth Patriot ETF seeks to provide capital growth. The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) and thus does not seek to replicate the performance of a specified Index, however, may have an index-based benchmark. An actively managed ETF uses an active investment strategy to meet its investment objective. Accordingly, RiverNorth Capital Management, LLC, the Sub-Advisor, has discretion on a daily basis to manage the Fund’s portfolio in accordance with the Fund’s investment objective
FUND STRATEGY: The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in equity
securities, including common stock of mid-cap and large-cap companies, tied to the economy of the United States of America. the Fund will consider a company to be tied to the U.S. economy if: 1) the company is organized under the laws of the U.S.; 2) the shares of the company are traded principally in the U.S., and 3) the company generates at least 90% of its revenue from its activities in the U.S. In addition, to be eligible for inclusion in the Fund’s portfolio, acompany also must have, at the time of purchase, a market capitalization over $5 billion.
FUND MANAGEMENT: TrueMark Investments, LLC serves as Advisor to the Fund and RiverNorth Capital Management, LLC serves as Sub-Advisor to the Fund.
