QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Credit Suisse, ARES (Accelerated Return Equity Securities) linked to the CS/RT Emerging Infrastructure Index, due 11/6/2012, and issued at $1000 per unit. The notes will receive no payments before maturity, are not redeemable prior to maturity, and make no guarantee of the return of principal at maturity. At maturity the holder will receive a payment based on the percentage change in the CS/RT Emerging Infrastructure Index, initial value 1143.00 as of 10/31/2007, based on the valuation date of 10/30/2012. If the Index has increased, the maturity payment will be based on the percentage increase in the index times the additional percentage of 120%. If the index has decreased, the holder will receive a payment based on the full percentage of decrease. As a result, the maturity payment may be less, and possibly significantly less, than the $10 offering price.
