BUSINESS: UBS ETRACS Internet IPO ETN due on 7/19/2041 are senior unsecured debt securities issued by UBS AG who is offering and selling the Medium-Term Notes, Series A of Exchange Traded Access Securities (ETRACS). INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The UBS ETRACS Internet IPO ETN provides exposure to the performance of the UBS Internet IPO Index, reduced by an accrued tracking fee. INDEX DESCRIPTION: The UBS Internet IPO Index is intended to measure, on a total-return basis, the performance of a subset of Internet companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange or The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. that satisfy specified market capitalization and other eligibility requirements (the Index Constituents). The Index provides exposure specifically to those Internet companies that have been publicly traded for less than three years. RETURNS AND MATURITY: The returns on the Securities, which may be postive or negative, are linked to the performance of the UBS Internet IPO Index which is based on a variety of market and economic factors, interest rates in the markets and economic, financial, political, regulatory, judicial or other events that affect the markets generally. For each security you will receive at the Maturity Date, July 19, 2041, a cash payment equal to (a) the product of (i) the Current Principal Amount times (ii) the Index Factor as of the last Trading Day in the Final Measurement Period, minus (b) the Accrued Fees. REDEMPTION AND FEES: Upon early redemption, you will receive per Security a cash payment on the relevant Redemption Date equal to (a) the product of (i) the Current Principal Amount times (ii) the Index Factor as of the Redemption Valuation Date minus (b) the Accrued Fees as of the Redemption Valuation Date minus (c) the Redemption Fee, subject to your compliance with the Redemption procedures.
