QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  UBS AG, Enhanced Appreciation Securities due 2/04/2004, issued at $1000 principal amount per Note, and linked to the performance of the Dow Jones STOXX 50 Index. The holder will receive no payments prior to maturity. At the maturity date of 2/04/2004 the holder will receive a cash payment based on the index return (starting level 2253.87 as of 1/23/2003). If the index return is positive the return will be doubled, subject to a maximum total return of 19%. The notes are exposed to the full downside price risk of the Index.
