Underlying securities are the 8.30% Notes due 12/15/2029 issued by Delta Air Lines Inc. (NYSE: DAL). The certificates pay 9.00% per annum distributions semiannually on 6/15 & 12/15 to holders of record one day prior to the payment date. Certificates are callable at the option of the call warrant holder on or after 5/11/2006 at $25 per certificate plus accrued and unpaid interest. The sole asset of the Trust was $27,109,000 aggregate principal amount 8.30% Notes due 2029 issued by Delta Air Lines, Inc. On October 17, 2005, the Underlying Securities were sold in accordance with the Trust Agreement. The Trust received $4,913,506 in proceeds from such sale of the Underlying Securities.
