QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  UBS AG, Bullish Underlying Linked Security (BULS) due 9/01/2006, issued at $1000 principal amount per security and linked to value of the S&P 500 Index. The holder will receive no payments prior to maturity. At the maturity date of 5/16/2003 the holder will receive a cash payment reflecting the return of the S&P 500 Index (starting value 1,161.51) which may be positive or negative. The maturity payment will pay 70% of any appreciation in the Index and protect the principal against up tp a 25% decline in the Index. The Notes are medium-term notes issued by UBS AG.
