QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  UBS AG, Bullish Underlying Linked Security (BULS) due 4/10/2003, issued at $1000 principal amount per security and linked to value of a basket of 10 equally weighted tech stocks (see list in prospectus). The holder will receive no payments prior to maturity. At the maturity date of 4/10/2003 the holder will receive a cash payment reflecting the returns of the 10 individual stocks which may be positive or negative. The maturity payment is subject to a maximum gain of 100% for each individual stock and offers protection for up to a 25% decline in each individual stock.
