Noncumulative distributions of 7.875% ($1.96875) per annum are paid quarterly on 2/15, 5/15, 8/15 & 11/15 to holders of record on 2/1, 5/1, 8/1 & 11/1 or on the date fixed by the board, not more than 60 days or less than 10 days prior to the payment date.
