Noncumulative distributions of 8.00% ($2.00) per annum are paid quarterly on 2/15, 5/15, 8/15 & 11/15 to holders of record on the 15th calendar day of the month immediately preceeding the applicable dividend payment date or on the date fixed by the board, not more than 60 days or less than 10 days prior to the payment date.
