BUSINESS: ETRACS Alerian MLP Index Exchange Traded Note (ETN) due on July 18, 2042, are senior unsecure debt securities of UBS AG (London Branch). INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The ETRACS Alerian MLP Index ETN is linked to the Alerian MLP Index. The notes do not pay any interest during their term and do not guarantee any return of principal at maturity or upon redemption. INDEX DESCRIPTION: The Alerian MLP Index measures the performance of 50 prominent energy master limited partnerships. The Index constituents earn the majority of their cash flow from the transportation, storage, processing or production of energy commodities. MATURITY AND FEES: For each Security, unless earlier redeemed or called, you will receive at maturity a cash payment equal to (a) the product of (i) the Principal Amount and (ii) the Index Performance Ratio as of the last Index Business Day in the Final Measurement Period plus (b) the final Coupon Amount minus (c) the Accrued Tracking Fee as of the last Index Business Day in the Final Measurement Period, plus (d) the Stub Reference Distribution Amount as of the last Index Business Day in the Final Measurement Period, if any. These notes constitute the company's direct, unconditional, unsecured and unsubordinated obligations and ranking pari passu, with all their other outstanding unsecured and unsubordinated obligations.
