We have a cookie problem.

This cookie is not the type that your mother used to bake. The cookie referred to above is a small computer file placed on your computer by QuantumOnline (and many other websites) to record personal preferences and similar information. The QuantumOnline website uses a cookie to automate the website user registration and login system. To do this we place a cookie on your computer which contains your registration id number for our site. When you access our site on a subsequent visit, our server retrieves the cookie information and the registration id number. Then the server searches our user datebase for your previous registration and log-in information and automatically logs you in to the site with no effort on your part.

Access to the QuantumOnline website is dependent on allowing cookies to be placed on your computer. When our server checked on our ability to place a cookie on your computer, it found a problem in placing our cookie such as you have cookies disabled via your browser or you have some other software that is removing our cookie or otherwise affecting the placement of the cookie our log-in process requires to operate. As a consequence, our registration and log-in procedure can not proceed until you reset your computer to allow cookies.
