Notes:  On January 1, 2018, Xenith Bankshares, Inc. completed its previously announced merger with Union Bankshares Corporation. The merger of Xenith with and into Union, with Union surviving the Merger, was effected pursuant to an Agreement and Plan of Reorganization, dated as of May 19, 2017, between Union and Xenith, and a related Plan of Merger. At the effective time of the Merger, each share of Xenith common stock that was outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time was converted into the right to receive 0.9354 shares (the “Exchange Ratio”) of Union common stock (the “Merger Consideration”), with cash to be paid in lieu of fractional shares. ____________ December 13, 2016 -- Xenith Bankshares, Inc. (XBKS) will effect a one-for-ten (1-10) reverse split of its common stock. The CUSIP number will change to 984102202._______________July 29, 2016 -- The previously announced merger between Hampton Roads Bankshares, Inc. (HMPR) and Xenith Bankshares, Inc. (XBKS) will be effective today. Xenith Bankshares, Inc. Common Stock (XBKS) will be suspended from trading effective August 1, 2016. Hampton Roads Bankshares, Inc. (HMPR) will be the surviving entity and will have a name change to Xenith Bankshares, Inc. and will assume the ticker symbol XBKS.
