FUND DESCRIPTION: Invesco Dynamic Credit Opportunities Fund, formerly the Invesco Van Kampen Dynamic Credit Opportunities Fund, formerly Van Kampen Dynamic Credit Opportunities Fund, is an exchange-traded closed-end fund or a closed-end ETF that is officially described as a diversified, closed-end management investment company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Invesco Dynamic Credit Opportunities Fund seeks a high level of current income, with a secondary objective of capital appreciation. FUND STRATEGY: The Fund seeks to achieve its objectives by investing primarily in a portfolio of interests in floating or variable rate senior loans to corporations, partnerships and other entities which operate in a variety of industries and geographic regions. The Fund invests in various sectors, such as lodging and casinos, cable and satellite television, containers and glass products, telecommunications and financial intermediaries. FUND MANAGEMENT: Invesco Advisers, Inc. serves as the investment advisor to the Trust.
