FUND DESCRIPTION: Invesco International Dividend Achievers ETF, formerly PowerShares International Dividend Achievers Portfolio is an exchange-traded index fund or index ETF which is a separate portfolio of the Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust, formerly PowerShares Exchange-Traded Fund Trust, an open-end investment management company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Invesco International Dividend Achievers ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the International Dividend Achievers Index (AMEX ticker symbols: Index: DAT, Intraday NAV: FKJ). The International Dividend Achievers Index is currently comprised of 48 stocks selected principally on the basis of their consecutive years of dividend growth as identified by Mergent pursuant to a proprietary selection methodology. The Fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in American Depositary Receipts and non-U.S. common or ordinary stocks of companies that have increased their aggregate annual regular dividend payments consistently over the course of the last five calendar or fiscal years. The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in dividend paying common stocks that comprise the International Dividend Achievers Index. The Adviser will seek to match the performance of the International Dividend Achievers Index. In tracking the Index, it is anticipated that a small portion of the stocks will include small and medium capitalization stocks. The 80% investment policy noted above is non-fundamental and requires 60 days' prior written notice to shareholders before it can be changed. FUND MANAGEMENT: Invesco Capital Management LLC serves as the investment adviser to the Fund.
