Notes: March 18, 2016 -- A Merger has been completed between LoJack Corporation (LOJN) and Lexus Acquisition Sub, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of CalAmp Corp. (CAMP). According to the terms of the Merger, each outstanding Share of LOJN Common Stock was converted into the right to receive $6.45 cash, without interest, per LOJN share.
