Notes: December 21, 2015 Momentum Telecom, Inc. announces today that it has completed the merger with Philadelphia-based Alteva, Inc. The new combined company will have over 400 employees. Alteva's Philadelphia headquarters will continue to serve as the Northeast regional office for Momentum Telecom. According to Momentum, it will be paying a total equity price of $28.7 million for the merger with Alteva.
