QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Wachovia Corp., ASTROS (ASseT Return Obligation Securities) notes, linked to the Dow Jones Global Titans 50 Index, due 3/03/2010, and issued at $1000 per ASTROS. The notes will receive no payments before maturity and are not redeemable prior to maturity. At maturity the holder will receive a payment based on the percentage change in the Dow Jones Global Titans 50 Index, starting value 196.05 as of 2/24/2005. The maturity payment will be the greater of $1000 or $1000 times the adjusted ending index level minus the starting index level divided by the starting index level. The adjustment value of the index will be 92.7704% as of the valuation date which will be the 5th trading date prior to the maturity date.
