QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Structured Products Corp., TIERS Principal-Protected Minimum Return Trust Certificates, Series S&P 2003-23, issued in $10 denominations. No periodic interest payments will be made on the certificates prior to maturity except under limited circumstances. The certificates do not provide for early redemption. At the maturity date of 1/06/2009 the trust will pay a minimum of the $10.00 principal amount plus an interest distribution amount (which will be not less than $0.90) based on the return of the S&P 500 Index (starting value 1,053.89) subject to a monthly appreciation cap of 4.5% which is reset on the 25th day of each month. Payments are guaranteed by a Financial Guaranty Insurance Policy issued by AMBAC Assurance Corp. As a condition of issuance, the certificates will be rated AAA by S&P and Aaa by Moody's. The certificates are expected to trade flat, which means any accrued and unpaid interest will be reflected in the trading price.
