QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION: Citigroup Funding Inc., Index Linked Notes, Principal Protected Notes with Income based upon the Potential Annual Appreciation of the 2005-5 Dynamic Portfolio Index, due 7/1/2011, and issued at $10 per note. The return on the notes will be the annual interest payment on the notes and will vary and may be zero. The interest will be paid annually on July 1st of each year and will be based on the appreciation of the 2005-5 Dynamic Portfolio Index , if any, (initial index level 100) and subject to the limitations described in the prospectus. The 2005-5 Dynamic Portfolio Index is designed to maintain its value at or above 100 at maturity while providing exposure to (1) the Dow Jones-AIG Commodity Index Total Return, which tracks the returns on nineteen exchange-traded futures contracts of physical commodities plus returns of 3-month U.S. Treasury bills, and (2) certain fixed rate notional bonds. The notes are callable at the option of the issuer on or after 6/25/2008 (see page S-5 of the prospectus for further information). At maturity date of 7/01/2011 the notes will pay the $10 principal amount plus the final interest payment. See page S-4 of the prospectus for further information on the interest payments. The notes are senior unsecured debt securities issued by Citigroup Funding Inc., guaranteed by Citigroup Inc. and will rank equally with all of their other unsecured and unsubordinated debt. Citigroup Funding Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Citigroup Inc. (NYSE: C) whose business activities consist of providing funds to Citigroup Inc. and its subsidiaries for general corporate purposes.
