QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Citigroup Funding Inc., Principal Protected Notes based on the Nasdaq-100 Index with potential supplemental interest at maturity, due 10/29/2009, and issued at $10 per note. The notes will make no payments before maturity and do not provide for early redemption. At the maturity date of 10/29/2009 the holder will receive a cash payment of $10 plus an interest return amount which may be positive or zero. The interest return amount will be based on the closing value of the Nasdaq-100 Index on the valuation date, which is the third business day prior to the maturity date, and will not be less than zero. The starting value of the index is 1706.44 as of 4/24/2006. The index distribution amount will be calculated as $10 times the ending index value minus the starting index value divided by the starting index value.
